Kneads No Introduction
Yeah I have been infected by the baking fairy. Needs no recipe since this is all over the blog world
. R & I enjoyed the bread. This is one bread that does not need a “baker”. It is fun and tastes great.
The only thing I would do different next time, is add a pod of garlic and a tbsp of rosemary!

the cast iron pan must have enhanced the flavours and crust. great looking bead.
Oh yeah! That “No knead” bread. With Garlic and Rosemary, you have made Foccacia bread too, YUMMY!! Slurp!!:))
Shankari,
Yum got to get my hand at baking, I can never seem to get it right
I just baked a bread on a cast iron pan. It is cooling, cant wait to taste it
looks awesome!
Garlic, eh? before, not after? One more variation to try!
Looks really good!
Hi Shankari… I can’t think of many things that wouldn’t be tastier with garlic
Your bread looks great. Pan reminds me of those my mom and nana always had
I want some with a lil bit oh-butter
That looks great!
Turning out to be very good in cooking.. Pictures are absolutely fantastic.. I should ask Rajesh about the taste.
IF you don’t mind answering, I have a few qs.
1)is this 1/2 or 1/4 of the whole recipe?
2)did u bake in that skillet?
3) did u cover with aluminium foil?
thanks for your time

Yes, I baked in the shillet, covered with foil
Balaji,
The bread was absolutely fabulous. I toasted some over an open flame, spread some of that awesome mango chutney and it simply was out of the world.
